Nightly Minimum

Minimum Night stays are often required. Winter Holiday stays have a 7 night minimum. Other winter and summer high season dates usually require a 4-5 night minimum stay. Stays longer than 7 days and shorter than 4 days will be considered based on availability.

Booking Policies & Procedures

Below is a list of policies 745 Forest Road, LLC upholds for our rentals. Please consider them before reserving your Vail vacation rental.

Winter & Summer

50% of total rental cost is due at the time of booking. Remaining balance of total cost is due 60 days prior to arrival. If reserved within 60 days, 100% of rental cost will be due at time of booking. Additional taxes and booking fees will apply. Vail Sales & Lodging taxes are 9.8%.

Cancellations that occur more than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund of any deposits held, less the amount of one night’s rent, the security deposit held, and any booking fees. Any monies held on reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival will be forfeited by the renter.

Insurance

 

All reservations will require a Security Deposit. 50% will be paid at the time of booking, with the balance due along with the remaining lodging fees, per the appropriate seasonal rental booking   policies.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping is provided on an every other day basis for reservations. For stays 6 nights or less, a one-time housekeeping fee of $300 will be charged. For stays 7 nights or more, a one-time     housekeeping fee of $500 will be charged, and will include a mid-week linen change, in addition to   housekeeping every other day. If you wish to purchase additional housekeeping, please submit a request and Forest Road, LLC will be happy to make special arrangements.

Occupancy

Each home has an occupancy level based on the number of people the home sleeps comfortably in beds. This information is listed in the home description. Over occupancy will result in charges up to $100 per extra person per night.

 

Pets

Not allowed. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges.

 

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges.

Check In -
Check Out

Early check-ins and late check outs may be accommodated at an additional charge, based on availability. Early check ins are never guaranteed, and late check outs must be approved in advance.
